Seated Leg Curl Machine MF-LC100

$2,399 – $3,199

The MF-LC100 Seated Leg Curl Machine isolates the hamstrings with a biomechanically optimized cam for constant tension throughout the curl. 200 lb selectorized stack with thigh pad clamping system for secure positioning. Adjustable back pad (3 positions) and ankle pad height. The seated position reduces lower back strain compared to prone versions. Patented pivoting ankle pad maintains consistent pressure as the leg moves through the range.

Frequently Asked Questions

Seated vs prone leg curl — which is better?
Seated provides constant tension throughout the ROM with less lower back stress. Prone allows a deeper stretch. We offer both — see MF-LC200 for prone.
Does this work the glutes?
Hamstring curls primarily target the hamstrings (biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus). Glutes assist minimally.
Can I do both leg extensions and curls on one machine?
Some models are dual-function. However, dedicated machines each provide superior biomechanics and are the standard for commercial gyms.
Is this machine safe after knee surgery?
The adjustable ROM limiter makes this excellent for post-surgery rehab under professional supervision. Follow your physical therapist's protocols.
