2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including daily commercial use, for the periods above. Covered issues are resolved by free replacement parts; where the frame is defective, we will supply a replacement frame or product.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, overloading beyond the rated capacity, or failure to follow the assembly and maintenance instructions.
- Damage caused by accidents, neglect, improper storage, or modifications not authorised by us.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable items.
- Damage caused during transport after delivery (see Shipping Policy).
- Products sold through unauthorised resellers.
4. How to Make a Claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number, product model, photos or a short video of the issue, and a description.
- Our after-sales team will diagnose the issue within 1-2 business days and confirm the resolution (replacement part or other remedy).
- Replacement parts are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to stock and shipping time to your destination.
5. Warranty Terms
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all claims.
- Replacement parts carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, and our liability is limited to repair or replacement as described above.
