This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, our standard payment terms, and how your payment information is handled.

- Bank transfer (T/T) — our standard method for wholesale and bulk orders.
- PayPal — available for orders up to a specified amount; you will be directed to PayPal for secure checkout.
- Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — processed securely through our payment gateway.
- Letter of credit (L/C) — available for large orders upon request.
2. Standard Payment Terms
- Retail and small orders: 100% payment in advance.
- Wholesale orders: typically 30% deposit to confirm production, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms can be agreed in writing.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise on your quotation or invoice.
3. Invoices and Receipts
After payment, we issue a commercial invoice and, where required for export, the shipping documentation (packing list, bill of lading, certificates).
4. Security
- Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment service providers. We do not store your full card number.
- PayPal payments are protected by PayPal’s buyer protection programme.
- Never send payment details by unencrypted email; our team will always provide an official invoice before asking for payment.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-10 business days depending on the banks involved.
