Buying fitness equipment from an overseas manufacturer is straightforward when you know the process. Here is exactly what happens, step by step, after you request a quote.
Step 1 — Request a Quote
Tell us which machines you need and the quantities. Use our quote request form or email [email protected]. We reply within 1 business day with a detailed quotation.
Step 2 — Quotation & Order Confirmation
Your quotation includes: unit price, delivery term (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP), estimated production and shipping time, and warranty. Choose the delivery term that suits you — with DDP we handle everything including duties; with FOB/CIF you arrange customs clearance on arrival.
Step 3 — Payment & Production
- Retail orders: 100% payment in advance. Wholesale orders: 30% deposit to confirm production, 70% balance before shipment.
- Production takes 3-7 business days for stock items; custom colours, branding or configurations add 15-30 days.
Step 4 — Inspection & Shipping
- Before shipment we send photos/videos of your finished machines for approval.
- Shipping: sea freight LCL (shared container) or FCL (full container); air freight on request. Transit takes 20-45 days depending on destination — see our Shipping Policy.
- We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and all export documentation needed for customs clearance.
Step 5 — Delivery, Inspection & Assembly
- Check the packaging before signing the delivery receipt; note any damage on the receipt.
- Verify all items against the packing list within 48 hours and report any shortage immediately.
