What is Westside spacing?

Holes are spaced 1" apart through the bench press zone for precise J-hook and safety positioning, then 2" above and below. Named after Westside Barbell.

Do you need to bolt it down?

Not required — the rack is stable on its own. Bolt-down holes are provided if you prefer to anchor it.

What accessories are compatible?

Any 2"×3" attachment with 5/8" pin size. Compatible with Rogue Monster Lite and similar systems.

Can this bench be used with the Smith machine?

Yes — all our adjustable benches are compatible with our Smith machine lineup and most commercial Smith machines.

FID vs flat bench — which do I need?

FID (Flat/Incline/Decline) benches offer 3+ angle positions for complete chest development. Flat benches are more stable for max-weight bench press.
